I like the shoes! don't listen to the naysayers. however, bring a cardigan, wrap or something to cover up your top half. this dress is short, and you don't want all those yale club biddies giving you the evil eye.

you're young, and I think your eyebrows look very nice natural. i have similar hair/coloring to you (fine straight dark, dark eyes, and fine eyebrows) and I still don't have to pluck at 25. the longer you go natural, the cheaper and easier it is!

pocket square is too much. simple square folded, 1/4" poking out. until you make your first billion, you aren't allowed to have that kind of go-to-hell pocket squaresmanship.

the shorts and boots combine to make your thighs look really squat. elongate your body with a solid black bottom, and then do something white/cream on top.

it's crazy dusty here, especially near the tourist stuff. wear closed-toe shoes unless you want your feet to be disgusting by the end of the day

Don't wear strapless tops to work unles they're very high neck (like a sleeveless sweater shell)

get it tailored to fit at your waist. it's relatively cheap, it'll be a lot more versatile (i.e. you can wear it to work) and you won't have to wear belts.

the pattern at the waist is awkward and draws the eye outwards. if you wore a solid belt over it, i'd like it much more.

No difference. wear shorts underneath so you can tuck extra tennis balls in them.

Looks good, but depending on how visible that plaid is on a daily basis, you might want to wear it with a plain shirt in pale blue, white, pink, or french blue.

necklace OR earrings. both will make you look like a grandma from Taos or a preschool teacher.

Replace the grey bag with black or with a bright color (orange, yellow) if you're going to do the black/white thing otherwise.

get contacts but keep the glasses for plane rides and lazy mornings.
