Heidi Armenta You need a form-fitting, long sleeved shirt underneath. A crisp white one or a bright red or yellow would look good.

malnatik9 This is just a kind of weird garment, and there's no good way to wear it, so if you love it, just wear it with anything. It's a solid color, so should go with anything - color wise.

Jessica Ritter Put the skinny belt just below your chest to make it an empire waist, thus not interfering with the tiers. Lose the jeans, and wear a nice chunky nude heel with soft curly hair and light makeup. Beautiful!

Rachel I dont think a belt would look weird if you place it exactly on one of the tiers. But I agree heavily with the Jeffery Campbell suggestion.
