Readkitty First of all, what does your Mom think? I think you look just great as you are and should probably wait until you are 16 to even think about the minimum amount of makeup. You should wait until you are 18 or 19 for the "full" effect.

froofroo Your hair looks dry and brittle. Don't use a heated tool or curlers on it.
