  malnatik9 This is basically a black pencil skirt, & therefore will go with just about any top. The lace is the only limiting factor, so I'd go with a simple style top - but upscale. No frills or pattern. A jacket would be fine, or no jacket.

  malnatik9 Overall shape is fine, but from here it does not appear to go well print-wise. Looks like a light blue patterned top, and B&W striped skirt. I'd go for a solid on top, or bottom, but this mix is a miss.

  malnatik9 I think the horizontal stripes in the shirt conflict with the long vertical lines of the longer necklace. Stick with just a shorter necklace, and I think it will look better.

  A_in_L.A., CA You know I worry about the same thing. For years, I had a wardrobe of coral (deep peach for winter) and black. I was so hesitant to wear the 2 together. I would try it.
