I don't believe that is true since I went there at the end of winter this year and it was cold! plus if your going to be sightseeing you probably don't want to be wearing heels....some nice fashionable flats would be nice with that dress

If you wear this I say keep it. I love the back and the color looks good on you, and it would probably look good with a belt at the waist.
