like the dress and flats, you can go a little more funky with the jacket. Maybe a motorcycle styled jacket or a boyfriend blazer? Also add color with accessories.

I would swap out the flip flops for a great pair of flats or gladitor sandals. Something that's still comfortable but adds a little more style. Casual tees are great, but try it with a great pair of jeans instead of the skirt maybe.

Ye, the dress looks great on you, consider getting rid of the bow. It distracts from the line of the dress and makes it more junior.

wear some killer shoes though to brighten it up a bit more

toss the shirt, horizontal stripes are not good for anyone

simple black tank top (think silky with lace details) or just simple form fitting top

exposed zippers are great way to make a look funky and interesting. I prefer them in the back or for pockets, but it can work in the front. Just make sure it's really secure and remember there's a fine line between tacky and funky
