malnatik9 Unbalanced. The top is too heavy for such tight pants. I'd try some straight leg pants to try to balance the top.

Jessica Ritter If you want to go for young rockeresque.. (not really my style... but would look good on you) Keep the t and pair it with super skinny jeans and some killer black boots or little black flats with a chunky chain or plain. Hair long and down.

shannban the horizontal stripes on the tee are unflattering, i would start from scratch (but if you were going to wear this, skinny jeans, multiple bangle bracelets, and black high trendy boots)

malnatik9 No, sorry. This is creating 3 horizontal stripes on you, all at your hips. The elastic waistband is also creating a bulge, that isn't likely there, so I'd switch the skirt for sure. Try a higher waist skirt, in all one color, for a much better look.
