Maven Never put a belt on a dress like this when it will cut through a chevron design. Never wear a bolero. They make people look old and dated. I like the dress though. A simple cardigan would be the way to go but your arms are fine.

Jessulinka The stripes really kinda ruin the outfit and don't look good with the top at all. And I think a dress would be better for a wedding rehearsal but if you really want to wear the blouse try wearing it with a solid color pencil skirt and a pair of heels
