Is this styled better?
Folks were pretty ambivalent about this lovely sheer cotton Italian blouse last week. Do you like it better the way that I've styled it? Blouse by Coast; trousers by Banana Republic.

Okay! I took all of your great advice and sold my old stuff at Buffalo Exchange. This is what I got in trade. What do you think? Coach gold bag. Please tell me it is not obviously Coach. I thought that it went nicely with the shoes.

Do you like this jacket?
I got this thrifting today ($10), and the tag has been cut out, but it's very well made of a sumptuous wool/silk blend. It's asymmetrical in the lapels and has shoulder pads. Is it too severe for me? PS: I just discovered that this is Armani!

Another gift from my darling husband (for his birthday, lol). Not really my usual style . . . What do you think? Does it suit me, or is it better suited to someone else? It's by Bordeaux LA, and I've tried to get a better photo of the beading.

Can you think of any other ideas in the blouse ...
I always wear this blouse with this silk shantung skirt from Talbots. Can you think of anything that might look better, more original? And don't even think of putting me off the skirt. I love it and always will. ;)

Vintage Woohoo or Vintage Boohoo???
I bought this on a thrifting trip with my clever mother, who thought it would fit me like a glove -- and it did. However, it's made of (gasp!) polyester. Knowing that, is this vintage maxi dress chic or eek?

- I love looks with class, style, and originality. I hate the LA pop-tart aesthetic. I refuse to dress down to my company and have no problem with being ridiculously overdressed for the occasion. Et, c'est "petit", pas "petite".
