Ok so if u wanna go for a casual look this is very easy you can wear a denim sleevless jacket that will cover your shoulders and for the shoes low cowbow boots brown preferably would look great and if u like a cute ring. Hope i helped:)

If u wanna go taylor swift look these shoes would look great with a white dress that flows a bit from the waist down and please please please don't ever listen to the"flip flops"comments:)

Agree with CTchic u need to drop the sandals for heels in a blue or nude colour but the dress is amazing on you and the colour suits your skin tone very well :)
