Carly Breen tuck in your shirt half way, roll up your sleeves a little, dont make them too perfect to give it an edgy touch, and it would look cute with lower heels, sandals or flip-flops!

A_in_L.A., CA I wouldn't hem it at all. I have used tailors all of my life & the cost will be higher, due to all the extra fabric. If you simply wear high heels, the outfit will be in the proper proportion. Also, the top should be fitted & TUCK in, not be cropped.
