I like the collar, but all buttoned up to the top while sleeveless seems odd to me. Either unbutton the top button or 2, or get a shirt with sleeves to go with it.
The shirt is fine, but I don't care for the necklace. If you dislike religion, fine, but you needn't offend everyone who does, by wearing the upside down cross. How about a little tolerance for others, instead?
I agree with Franne. Very pretty, very feminine, but you need a bra that doesn't show, for a more polished look. Use a safety pin, if you need to, to hide the straps.
Switch to a solid color from the waist down. As is, you're chopping yourself up visually. the long top/tall boots make your legs look very short. Aim for a solid color, all the way down, for a better look.
Presumably you're wearing them as slippers, not real socks with shoes, so it's your call. I can't imagine they'd be comfy, but if you like it, wear them.
Love the shirt over a black dress. I think the black stockings would finish it well, especially with black shoes. Keep it all one color from the waist down, for a longer & leaner look. Good choices.
Hard to see details from this pic, but the color and neckline are great on you. It's a bit short, but you have the legs for it. As to the fit, it looks a bit baggy in the center, but can't really tell.
I'm a seamstress, and have a good idea what works. I try to advise on what works for people's figures, and highlight the positives, so people can play to their strengths, ie, great legs, great arms, etc.
