malnatik9 I like the skirt, but agree with Fashionlover12. It's hard to see the top well, but it's overwhelming the skirt. I agree, a white cami or tank, & a black open jacket would look better than the all black top. Cute skirt, tho.

fashionlover12 This outfit looks old fashioned even if you are going for a vintage style. the skirt could be nice with the right top. I would wear a plain white cami top with the either a blazer or cardigan [if its cold.] I would add a silver skinny belt to make it more
