I'm not a big leggings girl and I'm not sure how to wear this top. Would it be okay with longer shorts? Skinny jeans?

is this good for a dinner with my boyfriend?
Should I opt for a tighter fitting top or pull the skirt down? Any jewelery suggestions? Don't worry - I will iron before I wear it!

Razzle I really love the top! But i don't know how i feel on the skirt... maybe something better fitting (like a colorful pencil skirt maybe?) love the top though!
