TheNellieBeast I would lightly fill in the eyebrows with matte eyeshadow and put eyeliner only on the top lid - it'll still emphasize the eyes but not make they look smaller.

Mlillo I like the belt idea, but this one doesn't match, neither do shoes, try back. Tops not too tight but do look too short to wear with jeggings
