Cute enough for dinner with a friend?

AndiC403 Get rid of the shirt and shorts. Shirt's too big and shorts are too tight. Find a more fitting white button down and pair it with black skinny pants or dark denim skinny

What kind of hairstyles would work with me?

TES You could straighten it, pull it back in a high pony, with hair wrapped around the elastic, and "poof" the bangs, clipped back with bobbypins. Maybe tease the ponytail a bit too.
