Ardijana try a shirt with a collar, keep the vest, the shirt should be off-white, or a darker vest with a white collar shirt.

AllysonRowenTaylor First, you get the vest off. Then you put on a proper shirt, GANT, or vintage, but this is not a great look

malnatik9 You're pale complected, so go for darker colors in clothes. The shorts are fine, if you just get a darker top. This looks like an undershirt, so go for something with a collar (polo shirt), & I'd skip the plaid shoes. Stick with solid colors on the feet.
