  Monique Hairston I think the belt looks great with this skirt as oppose to seeing the loops on the skirt. I would reconsider the necklace for one that's silver or dark colored, or do with out it.

  penne What outfit you wear for a job interview all depends on what kind of job you are interviewing for. Just based on the outfit though, I think it looks great. If you are afraid the skirt is too short, add a pair of black pantyhose.
