I wouldn't wear sparkles to a wedding. Draws too much attention to you, and the day's about the bride. Don't do anything to draw attention away from the bride.

Love the color, not the dress. I don't like the blocking, or the length. Also, I personally don't like strapless dresses. But that's just me.
