  aly_x3 Cut-offs with a thick sweater just doesn't really make sense.. I'd either add a pair of thick tights if it's cold, or, if it's hot, change the top.

  Stacie Brussow I like! Blow dry your bangs over to the side and blow dry underneath so it gives it a little lift and shows the layers.
