I think it's really cute, but maybe a size bigger? Not that you're big, at all, but rompers look so much better a little loose. Then you could belt it and wear matching gladiators.

Oh my gosh, your uniform is adorable! You could wear it in a lot of ways! A loose side pony, fishtail braided, pull your bangs up and twist them to the side. Most anything would work!

I like the shirt, but you should pair it with something else. Like a mid length pleated skirt and scarf or something.
