AshleyJeanne This is cute, you need to add something on top though. I would suggest a black blazer or cardigan. Also I would switch out the white shirt with a dark one so you have dark colors top to bottom, will look very sleek.

Katie Wood No:/ wear a more dressy top that's flowy if your going to wear that skirt. But the skirt is just out of style so go for a shorter fitting skirt or a pencil skirt and go from there.
