webigail The fit seems all wrong...the skirt is a little too long and jacket is too big. Also, the color clashes with your skin and hair.

TalkDesignerToMe Shorten the skirt, and take in the jacket to fit your body, or add a belt. The suit is feminine and a very good color for you. Defiantly worth the time and cost of tailoring it.

I'm a wedding photographer and have a meeting with a potential client. My clients are usually young and hip. Is this too conservative?

RoseColoredChocolate No! If you love that dress then no belt. No hat. Wear some small black dangling earrings and maybe even straighten your hair. With that much going on with the dress then you dont want to much going on with the accesories.
