It is a great outfit! But not for spring. Try lighter colours and florals for spring :)
I love those boots!

Wearing a tight black dress with tall boots like that is very hot. Not everyone can pull off the look but you have the physique for it.
Oh and maybe a statement necklace piece! :D
Love your HOT HOT HOT outfit!
Amazing outfit, I love that dress with those boots!!!
A skirt is very key for dancing as a good skirt and make or break your outfit. That is an excellent skirt for dancing. Boots are great too, they are sexy and protect you from getting stepped on.
Great! I LOVE that skirt. SOOO gorgeous. Good pairing with the black top, and great choice for dancing. I'd go for bare legs & lighter shoes/sandals, but that's me.

I also like how tights make legs look nicer. I would replace that top with one that's more flowy, to contrast with the body-con skirt
There is nothing wrong with her hose. I think she has a more polished look in them - and there is nothing wrong with that.

I'm not a fan of the boots, but if you love them, that's all that matters. I'd add a pair of violet gloves and let the coat hang open. The coat is gorgeous, by the way!(:
It looks gorgeous!!!!

The skirt is a little bit too high to be a skirt yet a little bit too low to be a dress. Such a piece can be very hard to work into a wardrobe.
Honestly you should really just not wear this dress. But if you're determined, I think a short cap sleeve top, possibly with bib type collar. It doesn't necessarily need to be white or all white. I think if you're going to wear this dress you really need

Hmm I wouldn't call high heel boots classy.. Especially how you paired them here. I like the outfit nonetheless though.
No I'd only wear pants containing spandex with a long blouse or tunic.

Ooooh, I love it! The only thing I'd suggest for springing it up would be to swap out the brown undershirt for a bright color.(:
Cuuuuuuuuuuuute! I love it.

sorry, but im not a big fan of sweaters or turtle neck.... i would say no but casual can be anything...
It is a casual outfit, almost anything goes. Your outfit is fine :)
I like the skirt and boots. Very nice lines. I like the sweater, but not with this skirt. You have a great figure, so a snug fit top, with long sleeves seems good, but plain, so the skirt has the attention it deserves. Close necklace for drawing eyes back
Ummmmm... I think a glamourous red or a deep violet would look amazing!(:
Honey, nooo! Most offices require a button up top with trousers and sandals or flip flops.

Great casual office outfit! It is clean cut and stylish.

Not a fan of the midriff.
Not a fan of brown/blank combo... That always throws me.
My advice would be wear a different skirt in a different color, I'd go with an A-line cut.
Or change the boots for wedges & a lighter colored top, preferably close
