you need to balance loose and fitted clothing. the dress might go fine with soemthing more tailored like a blazer, and the hoodie might go fine with just a normal t-shirt, but here you've got a lot of loose-fitting clothing and nothing balancing it.

yeah, I would either get rid of the hat or brighten up the t-shirt. The whole outfit is looking very dark right now and it needs balance
