Their the Toms Wrap Boot but i cut off the actual wrap i think it looks better without it. I have a picture of what their supposed to look like and what they look like now.

Bamftacos I only wear them with skinny jeans, I think they look weird with anything else.

CaptJordi I agree with lee_faith08. I like the idea of it. But I'm not 100% on the shape of them. I think it would have been better to leave them a little taller, or even make a cuff out of the top part. Maybe you can still do that, not sure though.
