rpackham Don't go with white, def try a bright cami or bandeau for a splash of color. Also keep bottoms simple and dark for a good contrast and add another color pop with fun bracelets, dangly earrings, or a cute colorful necklace(:

malnatik9 I'd go for a white cami, or a turtleneck of any color under. A skirt or jeans would look nice with this, as long as it's solid colors, no rips.
