    Two tone hair is not a very good look, and with your hair being much shorter, it's likely to look like you just let your roots grow out, so I wouldn't do it. You have lovely hair now, so don't ruin it.

    In my opinion, you need long hair to pull off an ombre. I think your hair looks great as is, you just need to take care of it, especially the ends! The last thing it needs is bleach.
