    I would wear the boots because it's cold but not sure if they look good with this????

    As much as it pains me to say this: function over fashion... if you're cold you won't enjoy yourself, so put on the boots. If you really want to do the flats you could double up on sheer flesh colored trouser socks to get warmth w/out the bulk.

    I like the flats better, they make your legs look longer. But if it's cold go with the boots.

    Don't do white flats if you're also wearing a white T. The boots are just boots... if it's cold outside, go with them.
