    no the print is on the ruffles . :) haha maybe it's the way your looking at it ???:)

    not a fan of the print... the general rule for ruffles is add them where you want extra volume. tanks like this, with all over ruffles, look best on super skinny people. you fall into that category :)

    Is it me or are there peacock feathers lying underneath the ruffles? Is the x-ray machine on?

    it reallyyy depends. unfortunately i think this is probably one of those things that you need to try on. because of the ruffles it might make you look bigger then you are though.
