    Fitted scoop neck t in a print (or colorful solid) and chunky necklace (or a bunch of bangles). Also flats for day, heels for evening.

    Pretty much anything. But go for something more body con, to counter the poofy-ness not flowy... And a ballet flat, pumps or cage heels

    You can wear anything with a black skirt! Since it looks like it flows out and isn't skin-tight, I think a fitted shirt would look nice and create a good shape on your body! For shoes, literally anything lol. Depends on your choice of shirt! :)
