    I have a black skirt very similar and I wear it with a long sleeve white button down, its a feminine tuxedo look very chic!

    Black tank tucked in , a pink cardigan , no leggings it's too much already , and a cute pair of heels . Accessories , less is more .

    Is this from forever 21? I would wear it with liquid leggings (the ones that look a bit like leather) and black pumps with a tank and blazer
