    i love the colour of it and the material is nice. you could wear a plain top with it in the day or a blouse if you're dressing smart. you could wear a floral top if it has that colour in it. brouges or heels would work

    Navy blue is a neutral, so you could wear just about anything with it. This skirt is too short, though. And never wear shoes like those with it. If you are heavier, a longer line will slim you. A short, full skirt like this will only widen you.

    Flats, a necklace, bracelets, earrings, and I'd do a white shirt but probably with no pattern.
