    The ripples are just cause its a bit big for me. I have problems with size cause I'm petite but my lower half is big. Yes it is velvet, I just wasn't sure what shoes would go with it and when I would wear it x

    This is a gorgeous color, & flatters you very well. Killer figure, but I can't see the point of the ripples on the side. Need to see the whole thing, to say if that's good or odd.
