    Depends on size, but it looks big. I'd say a solid color turtleneck, in a very light or very dark color, worn mid-chest. If you wear it long, it's going to look like a badge.

    Beautiful, where with a simple olive or simple white shirt. Let the necklace do the talking. Plus denim coat with cuffed sleeves, jeans in a slightly different color, and heels.
