    I think the hat makes it. Wear something else on your feet. Another type of sandal.

    Yeah not a fan of the hat. The shirt is really cute, though! Also Sanford would look great instead of whatever is on the feet (shoes?)

    Well if it's really breezy I think I wouldn't wear the hat. Seems like it would be too much of a pain in the butt. Put some cute feather earrings on.
