    Pull them up I think they are suppost to be high waisted shorts :) pretty shorts!

    The fray is alittle to long and they should be more fitting. Other than that they are cute just fin others or make your own :)

    I'd avoid that. Frayed shorts are transitioning out. If you have an old pair of jeans, cut them short and use a box cutter and cheese grater to create patches on your shorts xx
