    haha i would get them. they're pretty, and idk how oftne you will wear them.. so its good for that one party here or there

    I'm not sure if I would trust Forever 21 when it comes to quality, especially in heels, so I'd go for it if they're less than $15 and if you only plan on wearing them a few times.

    Only if they're really cheap, because I've seen almost identical ones at Ross for like $12.
