    Not in general, but for this outfit, I'd say yes, too short. They don't really go with this outfit at all. Long sleeve jacket does not want shorts. It want's dress pants, or a pencil skirt, especially with that lacy top.

    If you were wearing a tank top, I'd say yes, but since you're covering everything up BUT the legs, I'd say it works! Little ankle boots would look killer with it, as long as the heel isnt too high.

    Yes, those shorts do look very short. A longer cardigan will offset the shorts though.

    if cofmort is the issue, I've seen beautiful nude tights w/ a really discrete pattern (they've got a crocheted feel about them)

    The shorts are short, but you can pull them off, especially since you have the blazer balancing things out
