    Depends on your career, but for mine (like if I were on rounds at the hospital) I would wear a higher cut shirt under the jacket and a longer skirt. Other than that I like the outfit and agree with the pop of color necklace other people mentioned earlier!

    first of all, dont wear sandals of any kind with a suit! you can do peep toe shoes, thats about as casual as you want to get with your footwear. suits are formal/conservative office attire. so much black is too heavy for summer, try the skirt alone with a

    Outfit is too dark. Wear a bright color necklace. No hooker heels, try formal flip flops instead.

    This would be good if the year was 1967. It is outdated for today. The suit is fine but nobody wears pantyhose anymore. Bare legs please. Pumps are for winter, wear cute sandals for summer.

    It's nice, but I agree that it needs a pop of color. I would switch out that necklace for a bright statement bangle, and then I'd trade the black pumps for ones the same color as the necklace. It does look really nice on you, though.(:

    id have to see how long the skirtis when you are standing, but it seems prett conservative

    @aerochickie21 The skirt rides up a little when sitting. While standing, the skirt hem rests on the top of my knee cap.
