Depends on your career, but for mine (like if I were on rounds at the hospital) I would wear a higher cut shirt under the jacket and a longer skirt. Other than that I like the outfit and agree with the pop of color necklace other people mentioned earlier!

This would be good if the year was 1967. It is outdated for today. The suit is fine but nobody wears pantyhose anymore. Bare legs please. Pumps are for winter, wear cute sandals for summer.
It's nice, but I agree that it needs a pop of color. I would switch out that necklace for a bright statement bangle, and then I'd trade the black pumps for ones the same color as the necklace. It does look really nice on you, though.(:
