    Well I guess I can't nag a college girl for wearing a mini. Really though, I think it's a cute outfit, and not too risqué with the flats and jacket.

    Looks great! I personally thinks this looks better w/ out tights, but the skirt seems a little risque for standard school dress codes, so I'd probably do tights. I went to public school and would have definitely gotten sent to the office in that ;)

    I'm really sorry about the past few weeks! I've been insanely stressed with school and now college and I haven't been wearing anything decent. I'm really trying to get back into it, though. :(
