    Polka dot silk top, wool and lace skirt, black opaque tights, headband, some jewelry. For work (I'm a TA/office assistant in college and dress code is business casual).

    I like the skirt, but maybe pair it with a basic v-neck rather than the two ruffly textures/patterns.

    No to many textures and blacks it doesn't blend well for me I would change the shirt to maybe red or the skirt to dark jeans
