    Yes proportions are making you look stumpy and have huge shoulders.. which you don't! Shorten the skirt to mid or just above the knee and where a shoe that doesn't have a chunky strap that cuts you off

    Well, either it's the angle, or you are very top heavy, and this much exposed chest is going to be a distraction, in any office. You're clearly gorgeous, but only you know if this is appropriate, or the message you want to send. What do they design?
