    I thinkbthe sleeves should be longer and not capped! Cute shorts and the blues awesome too. Maybe a long sleeve white blouse or a black shirt over the blue so the white, blue, and black would contrast. Very nice.

    Thx again, we both appreciate it. @Ca_dream_girl, I'll post more looks of her higher fashion when I can. For her casual days, she likes second-hand from a neat place in ATL called Finders Keepers. I suspect this is one of those 2nd hand items.

    The white shirt doesn't fit and looks to juniors department. She should shop at adult stores to help with that.

    Thanks for the comments, helpful. I think I liked it mostly because the beautiful blue -- which I think looks good on her skin tone -- stood out because of the white. I love how the sapphire necklace & the artisan earrings continued the theme.
