    My favorite dress ever

    Just wondering what people think of my prom dress. Excited because I can finally fit into again. The gloves are cuter than they look in the picture; they're fishnet and lace up with black ribbon.

    Glad you love the dress and can fit into it again. To me it looks more like a costume than a dress to wear out. It's lovely but I can't picture it at a formal event.

    @Olivia5 LOL, not that long actually, and my hair is longer than that now. But my mom did my hair in this picture. It wasn't really what I wanted...

    You look beautiful. I would like to see more fulness in your hair next time. The dress is lovely. It is sexy but not at all slutty. Some people just don't like anything unique and can't handle other people's confidence.

    @Coribeth Mansfield Thank you! I agree, I'm willing to accept it if other people don't like an outfit I wear but a lot of times I think they just don't like anything that's too unique. I wish more people would judge fashion by its own merit and not what's

    Thank you! I've gotten some negative comments on it lately. It's longer now, but I might cut it to that length again soon.

    The braid makes your hair look flat. What's up with the flower?! Fingerless gloves makes the dress look gother than it already is.

    What exactly do you mean by my hair looks flat? If mean that the hair over my scalp looks like it's pulled back too tight I agree. I think flowers look pretty in hair, and since this dress is Spanish Flamenco style I thought it was appropriate.

    Congrats on being able to fit into a dress you love again. it is not my taste, but you could wear it to a black tie event. I never get rid of long dresses. Occasions do come up (but of course I always want something new anyway) :)

    @Charlotte Trefethen When I bought it, the top was sheer. I added a red lining to make it modest. It's a corset style top, not all corsets are lingerie.
