    I personally love it. The very small pattern on the top would be barely noticeable from a distance, which, with the bold skirt is exactly what you want. I would wear it. :)

    I like that there's common color to tie them together, but that's such a bold skirt pattern, I'm not sure any pattern will go with it. This is not dreadful, but it's not great, either. I'd stick with a solid top for that skirt.
