    it's pretty :) i like everything about it but especially the top! it's quite a sophisticated outfit so i'd say 16 but even at that age you should be going somewhere a bit smart, don't wear it to like school or anything

    I would go 16+ But only 16-18 if your style was more mature and dressy on a regular basis.
