    The skirt reaches mid thigh, and the collar is pretty low but I'm planning on wearing a black tanktop underneath :)

    Need to see it on. I don't think it's too dressy, but it looks mighty short, & the neckline is pretty plunging, too. More likely not appropriate for school, rather than too dressy.

    not at all! maybe add a nice belt or some chunky jewelry so its not too plain :)
