the heels are definitelty a no no !!! the shirt is gorgeous but i dont think it's great with the skirt. This skirt should be worn with really simple clothes as it's a piece of art

I think black pumps would make this look more streamlined and would make the outfit flow better. Right now I'm looking at the shoes then the tights and the skirt individually, not as an outfit.

Pointy toe heels make your foot look bigger than it is, maybe try some black pumps or something else that isn't pointy?
