    Accessorize for sure, but with bangles or bracelets only. Some gold bangles and maybe a touch of turquoise in there would be a great contrast with the skirt.

    I realize that the skirt isn't really that red, but I think you should wear a duller shade to go with the shirt. You could also wear a denim skirt instead.
